Shipping/Handling Policy:

Orders in stock are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of order. Please notify us if you need your merchandise by a specific date.

We only ship to street addresses in the USA (No P.O. Boxes) 

We charge a flat rate shipping fee:  Within the Continental US (48 states & DC)  UPS Ground $7.00, Alaska and Hawaii (UPS Standard) $25.00.   We do offer express shipping, please contact us via email with your ship to address so that we can obtain a price quote for you.   We ship to some international destinations, please contact us via email for a price quote for your specific country.

Return Policy:

We will be happy to make an exchange or credit the credit card account used for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned and received by Aliza Darik within 14 days of the shipping date un-used and in perfect condition with original packaging. Ship pre-paid and insured via a trackable carrier (ie: UPS or FedEx). Please email us at alizadarik@aol.com to notify us of your return & to obtain a return authorization number. THIS IS REQUIRED. No returns/exchanges will be processed without this return authorization number.

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
