Starting At Neckline

Row 1: Ch 20, 2 hdc in third ch from hook and in each ch across (36 hdc)

Row 2: Ch2, turn, hdc in first st, hdc in next 5 st, ch4, skip 6 st, hdc in next 12 st, ch4, skip 6, hdc in last 6 st (24hdc, 8 ch)*

*I would suggest trying on doll to see if fits correctly. If too big maybe change to smaller hook, or too small, change to bigger hook.

Row 3: Ch2, turn, hdc in each st and ch across (32 hdc)

Row 4: ch2, turn, hdc in each st across(32 hdc)

Row 5: Ch3(counts as first dc), turn, dc in same st as ch3, 2 dc in each st across(64 dc)

Overlap

Laying last 4 dc over first 4dc, slp thru both layers( the last 4 dc of rnd 5 should be on the outside of dress)

Rnd 6: ch 3, turn, working thru both layers again, dc in next 3 st, dc in remaining sts around, join w/slp to beginning ch3 (60dc)

Rnd 7: ch 3, dc each st around, join (60dc)

Rnd 8: ch2(working in front loops only for this rnd)2 hdc in joining st and each st around join to first hdc (120hdc) Fasten off

Rnd 9: Join white thread to back loop of rnd 7, with outside of dress facing and neckline pointed down, where you joined rnd 7, ch 4, dc in same st, (dc, ch1, dc) in next st and in each st around, join to third ch of beginning ch 4. Fasten off

Weave in all ends.

Sew snap at back of neck.

Sew any roses or decorations.

Booties

Rnd 1: Ch6, 2sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 3 ch, 4sc in last ch, working down other side of beginning ch, sc in next 3 st, 2 sc in last ch, slp st to first sc (14sc)

Rnd 2: Ch1,(working in back loops only for this rnd) sc in each st around, join (14sc)

Rnd 3: ch1, sc in joining and in next 3 st, sc dec 3 times, sc in last 3 sts (10sc)

Left Bootie Strap Formation

Rnd 4: ch1, sc in joining st, sc in next 2 sts, ch 5, skip 6 st, sc in last 2 sts, join to first sc. Fasten off.

Right Bootie

Repeat rnd 1-3 for right bootie

Right Bootie Strap Formation

Rnd 4: Ch 1, sc in joining and next st, ch 5, skip 6 sts, sc in last 6 sts, join. Fasten off.

The 2 sc on booties should face the inside and the 3 sc should face out.

Panties

Row 1: ch13, sc in second ch from hook and each st across(12sc)

Row 2: ch 1, turn, skip first , sc in remaining st

Rows 3-10: Repeat row 2- You should end row 10 with 3 sc

Row 11: ch 1, turn, sc each st across (3sc)

Row 12 ch 1, turn, 2 sc in first st, sc in remaining st to last st, 2 sc in last st.

Row 13-16: Repeat row 12 (13sc in last row)

At the end of row 16 slp st to remaining loop of beginning ch (ch1, slp in next ch) repeat across, join to first sc of row 16.* Fasten off

*At this point I would try on doll. If too small pull out and add ch where back of panties are connected to front on the sides of panties.
