This pattern fits the 5 inch pattern or other similar size dolls. The instructions are for the dress, bloomers, hat, and booties. It is made out of size 10 thread. .
I try to make my patterns very detailed and easily understandable. There is not a lot of sewing, except for snaps and other embellishments
