Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Final Shipping & Handling costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. UPS will accurately configure your shipping charges once a zipcode is entered in your order. See our Shipping page for more information. Q: How can I get my UPS Tracking Number for my order? A: Please call us here at ANN HAND for the UPS Shipping Tracking Number. Sorry, we cannot track orders sent via the US Post Office.
