• Unless otherwise noted, products sold by BCA Bookstore are covered by our 10-day return period.
• All orders must be checked for damage upon delivery. Damages must be reported to the shipping carrier in 48 hours, in addition to contacting the BCA Bookstore.
• BCA Bookstore makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site.
• BCA Bookstore expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site. In no event shall BCA Bookstore, its officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
• Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds or returns after 60 days from purchase. Do not return goods to us without an authorization from our staff.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.

BCA Bookstore Discounts:

• Online discounts are applicable to retail customers only. Churches, ministers, and educational institutions have a predetermined discount program when calling our store.
• When applicable, "Free Shipping" is valid for U.S. domestic orders only.
