Software Assurance for new SnapAV users. $199 per year, prorated until January 31, 2014.
Includes level 1 tech support (unlimited email support and up to 3 phone support issues).
Also includes no charge software updates for this period. This standard support does NOT include Template Customization, IT troubleshooting, assistance with customer PC problems and other issues beyond the scope of normal BidMagic support. Special Tech Support incidents can be purchased as needed.
Note: This DOES NOT include purchase of BidMagic Software with SnapAV credits. SnapAV will contact you regarding the special program and any balance due. Please contact your SnapAV rep if you have any questions regarding this program.
