Terms of Use/Store Policies

 

 Shipping Policy

 

Your game(s) are delivered in approximately 1-3 days.  Shipping and handling fees are minimal.  See below.


We ship all orders within 24 hours.  Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.   Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 p.m. (CST) or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.  In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours, for reasons out of our control, we will notify you via email.  We are currently setup to ship to all 50 United States (no international shipments) using the U.S. Postal Service as our primary carrier.  If you would like to ship your order using a different service, please contact customer_service@ducogames.com.

Orders from one to twelve games will arrive in a single case with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days.  You can track the status of your order by clicking on the "Customer Service" page and then by entering in your confirmation number.  

 

Availability Policy
 
Duco games are in stock and available for purchase.  Should the supply of any item become unavailable, we will temporarily close the online store.   With this policy, you can feel confident that your purchase will be fulfilled timely and complete. 

 

Return Policy

 

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Blue Enterprises.  In the unlikely event that are not, you may return your Duco game purchased from our online store within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of $1.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). In order to receive a RMA, you must first contact customer_service@ducogames.com with your original confirmation number and reason why you would like to return your game.  If the customer service representative cannot address your problem with a satisfactory resolution, you will be issued a RMA number.  A new box will be sent to the original shipping address along with instructions on how to package and send your game back.  Blue Enterprises will pay all appropriate shipping charges.  You will have 10 calendar days to return the damaged/defective game (with all listed game pieces).  We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

By placing an order using our online site, you agree and understand the following Terms of Use.

 

·          Prices and availability are subject to change without notice (see Availability Policy).  Shipping and handling changes will be added to the order at time of checkout.  When shipping to a Minnesota address, sales tax will be added. 

·          All orders placed on our online site will be fulfilled within 24 hours (see Shipping Policy).

·          The consumer is responsible for the safe use of products purchased on this site.  Blue Enterprises, its principals or staff is not responsible for injuries (direct or indirect) associated to the unsafe use of any game.

·          We are committed to the satisfaction of our online customers.  We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase and will refund money in the same manner as original payment (see Return Policy).
