Bright Design Group, Inc. offers the following shipping policy:

We offer standard ground shipping which is up to 7 business days, or priority (2 day) or express mail (overnight to most places).  The default is standard ground but you may choose either of the others.   We only ship to the United States.

The goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Most orders are processed within 1 business day but occasionally an item you order may need to be constructed before shipping.  This time can be longer during holidays.  You will receive an email when your item is shipped.  

If in an event where we determine we are unable to ship an order in the needed shipping time frame we will notify you via email.  If you do not want to wait, we will refund your purchase amount via PayPal refund service. 

Bright Design Group, Inc. offers the following returns policy:

We value our products and hope that your order reaches you in good condition.  If you believe that an item is not the quality you expected,  please return it to us in the same condition it was sent to you, within 7 days.  We will refund you the original price you paid at order time (cost of the item(s) and original shipping costs to you).  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any return postage costs.   All parts or accessories to the outfit must be returned with the outfit to insure a full refund.  If you have any questions about our refund policy or about the items you have received, please feel free to email sharon@brightdesigngroup.com
