It is our intention to make sure that all items delivered are received in Excellent condition.
All care will be taken to ensure items are packaged securely to prevent and possible item damage.
Please bare in mind that we can not control shipping companies, Postal Services or Customs.

When your item has been shipped you will be issued a Tracking Number .
It may take 2 ¿ 3 Days for your item to be logged in the Tracking system.
This is a standard process so please do not panic if your tracking number is not there immediately.

Acceptable reasons: Factory defect on the item, wrong color/size was sent, mistake was made by CD Private Edition.
Unacceptable reasons: Colors of the item are lightly darker/lighter than pictured (sometimes computer monitor settings may make item colors appear different from actual item), had minor color differences from the picture, item does not fit (please ensure your sizes are correct), or the customer decides they would prefer a different item.
Customers must contact us within 3 Days of receiving the item to obtain instructions on how return the item. We must receive returned items within 7 days from the day you receive it.
The item must be returned to us in original condition in plastic or box and must unused.
May be subjected to 10% restocking fee.

You cancel orders within 12 hours of placing an order.
If you wish to cancel your order after the 12 hour period, you will be charged a 4% processing fee.
