The 100 bp DNA Marker is ready to use as a linear DNA molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. It contains 100 bp, 200 bp, 300 bp, 400 bp, 500 bp, 600 bp, 700 bp, 800 bp, 900 bp, 1000 bp, 1500 bp, 2000 bp, 3000 bp, and 5000 bp bands for a total of 14 bands. The marker is stable for 1 year when appropriately stored. It can also be used as a mass standard. If 5 uL is loaded per lane, each band corresponds to 50 ng of DNA except 500 bp band which has a 100 ng of DNA for clear identification of it.
