Q: I would like to purchase an advertised piece but I think it will be too small, too big, too long. What can I do?

A: Go ahead and place your order - email me the measurements that you need, and I will make the necessary changes - at no additional cost.

Q: I have a metal allergy or need a magnetic clasp?

 A: In most cases, substitutions of sterling or surgical steal fittings or magnetic clasps can be made. Email me with your concern and the piece in question, and I will find a solution. (Depending on the replacement piece, there may be a small additional charge to cover the purchase of the item - but the charge will be at my cost, not marked-up.)

Q: What are the fittings made from? Are they sterling silver?

A: In general, most of the silver-coloured fittings are silver-plated over base metal. Coloured wire is overlayed over copper wire. Working with sterling silver for all pieces would definately add to the price of our products and is available for custom orders. As well, sterling silver wire and fittings are quite soft and may not be appropriate materials for the more elaborate braided pieces. Trust me, we use high-grade materials that only enhance the overall look of all our pieces.
