We strive to ship all adverstised products within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation.

For custom orders, once the design and materials have been signed off on our required purchase contract, the piece should be completed within 5 business days and shipped to you. (Barring sick children to slow us down...)

If we do anticipate a delay in getting your jewelry to you, we will let you know.

We ship via Canada Post - Xpresspost- for all national and international orders, and will email you the Canada Post tracking number once your package is in the mail.

Not satisfied with your purchase? Excluding custom orders, all items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of their shipping date.

 Did something break or come off? (A rare occurence!!) Any item, including custom work, can be returned for repair at no cost and at any time.

We will fix it and get it right back to you to enjoy again!
