Warning: The equipment in this store is specialized and requires proper training for safe usage. Failure to properly use this equipment in accordance with accepted safety practices and the manufacturers’ recommendations can result in serious injury. Use adequate safety precautions and do not exceed the limitations of the user’s skill or alter the products in any way. Return Policy: Shipping charges on return items must be paid by the buyer. No returns on rope, webbing or tech cord unless the item was damaged upon receipt and Challenge Quest, LLC is notified in writing within 5 business days of the customer’s receipt of the shipment. Damaged shipments need to be reported to carrier upon receipt. Defective products may take up to 10-15 business days for replacement. Non-defective returns within 30 days of invoice date will receive purchasing credits only. No cash refunds. Returned items must be in same condition as when shipped to buyer. Please contact Challenge Quest, LLC for a return authorization for returns - mark(at)challengequest(dot)com. Pricing: Prices are effective 1-15-08 and subject to change without notice. Backorders: We do our best to contact customers when an item is backordered. Challenge Quest, LLC is not liable for delays when items are backordered.
