ASI Test (Adrenal Saliva Index)
Test and interpretation by Dr. Monk. This is the test I use daily in my office to begin evaluating patients with fatigue, blood sugar imbalances, insomnia, and other hormonal problems. This simple, one day, saliva test evaluates cortisol rhythm, DHEA, Secretory IgA and more. These are all critical markers for assessing adrenal fatigue and metabolic syndrome. The patient receives easy to understand results along with a full interpretation by Dr. Monk, which includes supplement and lifestyle recommendations.

Flexi-Matrix Test (saliva)
Test and interpretation by Dr. Monk. This is what I would call an expanded ASI Test. We have the flexibility to have six or more additional markers evaluated such as: testosterone, Androstenedione, DHT, estradiol, LH, FSH and others. Contact Dr. Monk ahead of time through his website, and he will guide you toward the best tests for you. Once analyzed you will recieve easy to understand results along with a full interpretation by Dr. Monk, which includes supplement and lifestyle recommendations.
