Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Shipping is free for orders over $50.00. If your order is less than $50.00 or you need faster shipping, you can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Q: I am having trouble placing my order? A: If you are a returning customer, make sure that you are using the same credit card information, otherwise the system will not recognize you (a security feature). To change your billing information, click the "change billing information" box below your email sign-in. For other problems, please contact Dr. Monk - He will fix it! Q: What if I can't find a supplement? A: Dr. Monk has access to thousands of supplements. Please notify him of what you are looking for and he will do his best to get it for you. Chaces are, because he offers generous discounts, you will save money as well!
