Shipping Policy

Coco-Zen makes everything to order so that you receive the freshest product possible. When shipping your order we use special packing materials to prevent damage during transit so that your order arrives in perfect shape.

All orders are shipped within five (5) business days of receipt, with the exception of peak holiday periods. If there is a delay, you will be notified.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically - prices may vary from region to region.

We do not ship chocolate truffles to AP, FPO, or PO Boxes (other items are okay).

We do not ship outside of U.S. and Canada. We do not ship to Canada during warm weather (May - Sep) due to the longer shipping times.

Orders containing chocolate truffles:
Due to the highly perishable nature of our chocolate truffles, we ship orders containing chocolates Monday through Thursday. However, what day your order is shipped depends upon when we receive your order, the shipping destination, and the shipping method chosen (see Shipping Options below for details on shipping days and transit times). We avoid shipping chocolates over a weekend.

Orders NOT containing chocolate truffles:
We ship Monday through Friday.

*WARM WEATHER:
During warm weather months (May - Sep), it is imperative that someone is available to receive your chocolate package when it arrives. We will ship your chocolates with insulation and cold packs. However, chocolates will melt if left to sit on a warm porch/doorstep. We recommend having your package arrive at your work, if you are not home during the weekdays. WE WILL NOT GUARANTEE YOUR CHOCOLATES IF THEY CANNOT BE DELIVERED AT THE FIRST ATTEMPT OR IF LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR.

We do not ship to Canada during warm weather months.

Shipping Options
We ship everything via the US Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail only. Shipping times apply to US destinations only. Canada destinations usually require 6-10 days.

Express Mail (1-2 days) - Ships out Monday through Thursday (orders containing chocolate).

Priority Mail (2-3 days) - Ships out Monday through Wednesday (orders containing chocolate).
