Collin O'Neal's World of Men offers the following Returns Policy:

Any and all merchandise that is deemed to be defective will be immediately replaced at no additional cost to the buyer. If the buyer does not wish to receive a replacement, then a full refund shall be given to the buyer plus an additional discount code for said buyer's next purchase on www.worldofmen.com 

Returns of opened merchandise are not accepted.
