All CWS Extended Warranties onsite repair coverages start fifteen (15) days after warranty issue date with 15 days being added on to the warranty term at the end. 24/7 Help Desk starts immediately and runs to the end of the warranty period including the fiftreen (15) day extension required for the Onsite Hardware Repair Support
