DEP PIPES USA offers the following return policy: The product is designed for the machine stated on the label. In the event of fitting difficulties, please notify us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for the product after it has been run on the machine. All exhaust products returned for credit or exchange must have an authorization, be in NEW condition and in original packaging. All products must be prepaid and insured. NO C.O.D.S WILL BE ACCEPTED. DEP exhaust products which have been installed / damaged while attempting to install or used in any manner other than what was intended will not be accepted for return.
