    Elegant Wedding Accessories wants you to be happy with the item you purchased. There are some times that we can't control flaws such as manufacturing flaws. If you receive an item that does have a manufacturing flaw, and the flaw wasn't included in the item description (there are times that an item(s) will be discounted due to flaws) we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please review our Return Policies & Procedures and then follow the instructions.

    Orders Received Damaged or Non-Delivered

    RETAIN ALL PACKAING AND SHIPPING MATERIAL, ENVELOPES OR BOXES. Shipping insurance is acquired from USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). To contact USPS: USPS.com or UPS: UPS Report Package Problem where you will find instructions about processing a claim. NOTE: DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKING MATERIAL OR THE OUTSIDE SHIPPNG CONTAINER before contacting the appropriate representatives at USPS or UPS to acquire instructions. Throwing away any material may remove your chance of filing an insurance claim for the damage. The shipping carrier typically requires you to show them the box and packing material and what damage was sustained. You may be required to turn the damaged item over to USPS, UPS or Elegant Wedding Accessories.

    Orders reported as lost or non-delivered must be reported to the proper shipping carrier and an insurance claim filed and processed by the customer.

    Vintage Items

    Information acquired for use as a description of a Vintage Item has been acquired and provided by various individuals such as family from estate sales and representatives of antique stores. Representatives of elegantweddingaccessorie, elegantweddingaccessories.biz or ElegantWedding Accessories are not experts in Vintage items and will revise a description if a correction has been deemed necessary or relevant. No merchandise is knowingly misrepresented and no written description provided has been knowingly misrepresented. Vintage items are not guaranteed nor do they have any warranties. Vintage items always show wear and tear and are very rarely new and show no use. Descriptions of vintage items will include nicks, scratches, dents, bubbles, etc, when noticed. None is intentionally omitted. Vintage items are all sold as-is and are non-refundable or non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for merchandise.

No discount will be given to special orders or items ordered not reflected in inventory. Sale date(s) are those reflected on Home page. No additional discount(s) will be given to items in addition to the listed discount. No discount will be given after the item has been processed, shipped or received. If an item was purchased and given a discount and submitted and accepted for refund or exchange the amount of the refund or exchange will be the cost of the item minus the discount, not the original cost of the item. A $15.00 restocking fee will also be deducted from the balance.

Photos must be submitted in .jpg format. Customer grants Seller permission to make necessary changes to the photo to ensure the quality of the photo meets its standards and size (i.e. contrast, resizing, etc.) Seller may contact the customer to notify them via email that their testimonial information is to be published on its web site but cannot guarantee that customer will be contacted. We may retain the information submitted for use at a later time. Only Seller will make a determination whether customer testimonials are to be posted, when and the length of time. Seller will not knowingly use any testimonial content submitted that was written in a way that could possibly cause harm or embarrassment to itself or customers. Seller will make that determination. Customer acknowledges that by submitting information for use as a Testimonial they have read the Policies and Procedures - Testimonial section and will not dispute the decision made by Seller.
