Processing of Orders
Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses
Elegant Wedding Accessories does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you provide a ship-to address that reflects a P.O. Box address, our Customer Service Department will contact you via email to acquire a physical address. Our manufacturers will not under any circumstances accept an order that reflects shipment to a P.O. Address.
Processing of U.S. destination orders take 1-3 days from the date that payment processing has been accepted and completed. There are some items that are acquired directly from suppliers/manufacturers and in that case your order will be shipped in 4-5 days from the date your payment has completed processing. Allow a minimum of 14 business days for shipping on all Steps-To-Memories items. All orders are placed on temporary hold for a maximum of 5 days awaiting payment (if paying via PayPal). Once payment has been received the order is considered final, inventory pulled or submitted to the supplier/manufacturer and processed. If payment is not made within the 5 day hold period the order will automatically be canceled. Orders made with the customer indicating that payment is being mailed is placed on temporary hold for 7 days. Most deliveries are completed within 7-14 days of being shipped if shipped via Priority Mail. Delivery via Parcel post, First Class mail, UPS is not included as their shipping times vary.
Jewelry can only be shipped via Priority Mail.
Handkerchiefs and other items weighing less than .13 oz can be mailed via First Class mail (U.S. destinations only).Orders are wrapped, packed and weighed. To ship via First Class Mail the final weight must = 13 oz or less. If you would like to have an order shipped First Class you will need to send an email to Customer Service and provide the SKU# of the product. You will receive an invoice via PayPal for the order reflecting First Class Mail.
Planning books can be mailed Parcel Post. Special Orders or orders that include engraving may take an average of 5-6 days longer before shipment. Please contact Customer Service for more information.
Processing of International Orders
Customers requesting international shipment will need to contact Customer Service to acquire information regarding international shipping method and shipping cost. Some products offered by Elegant Wedding Accessories are not shipped to international addresses. Shipping rates provided on the order form are only for U.S. destinations.
Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses
Elegant Wedding Accessories does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you provide a ship-to address that reflects a P.O. Box address, our Customer Service Department will contact you via email to acquire a physical address. Our manufacturers will not under any circumstances accept an order that reflects shipment to a P.O. Address.
Any order placed for an international destination without contacting Customer Service will be canceled after 24 hours if the customer does not request and acquire the correct shipping method and cost from Elegant Wedding Accessories.
No order is processed until payment has been received and processed. All international orders are shipped using the USPS guidelines and are accompanied by the required customs form. Delivery time(s) cannot be provided for international order(s) due to customs processing which is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to cancel a order(s) in the unlikely event a manufacturer discontinues a product and inventory of that item has been closed or payment process has not been completed for any reason.
