Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost of all orders. Insurance is acquired through: USPS or UPS. Any order received by the customer where there are items damaged during transit is covered by shipping insurance. Buyer may not cancel or delete shipping insurance.

Shipping insurance will be required on International Orders when available.

To ensure delivery of your jewelry all jewelry orders will be shipped requiring a signature upon receipt and will be insured. Please provide an address where you will be available to accept and sign for your shipment. Do not authorize/waive a signature release, the United States Postal Service will provide notification that you have a package, they may request a signature if delivered to your home address, request the package to be picked up at the Post Office or you can request the mail carrier to re-deliver by contacting them.

Elegant Wedding Accessories offers shipment through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using either First Class (if weight is under .13 oz), Priority, Parcel Post or Overnight mail (buyer makes choice when going through the check-out process but only items such as handkerchiefs, garters, gratuity envelopes can be shipped via First Class Mail.)

To request USPS First Class or Overnight Mail contact our Customer Service Dept to acquire a cost estimate prior to placing your order.

UPS is also offered using either Ground or 3 Day Select.

Estimated Delivery Times:

USPS: Priority Mail - 3-4 days, Parcel Post - 5-6 days, First Class - 3-4 days.

UPS: Ground - 5-6 days, 3 Day Select - 6-7 days.

Note: In the event Elegant Wedding Accessories can provide the customer with quicker shipping at the same or lower shipping cost or makes a decision to utilize a difference shipping carrier than was selected by the customer, Elegant Wedding Accessories has full discretion and option of using that method/carrier without notification to the customer. Non-Delivery or Lost Orders through Shipment

Elegant Wedding Accessories acquires insurance for all orders to cover possible damage or loss of order that may occur during the shipment process. The Customer is required to follow the guidelines set forth by the appropriate shipping carrier in filing an insurance claim for any and all loss or damage of the order. Elegant Wedding Accessories does not process any insurance claim or offer refunds for any order covered by insurance. For detailed information related to Non-Delivery of orders refer to Store Policies/Procedures Processing of Orders; Terms and Conditions.

Note: In the unfortunate case that a package is lost during shipment the Buyer will need to contact USPS or UPS to file a insurance claim. If a customer is "unverified" then an additional $1.95 signature confirmation charge is added to the shipping cost of the order. Any order where the Buyer is classified "unverified" by PayPal, a delivery confirmation signature presented by the shipping carrier is required to verify proof of delivery. No exceptions. Shipping to P.O. Box Addresses

Elegant Wedding Accessories does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you provide a ship-to address that reflects a P.O. Box address, our Customer Service Department will contact you via email to acquire a physical address. Our manufacturers will not under any circumstances accept an order that reflects shipment to a P.O. Address.

If buyer selects First Class Mail on an order that weighs over the weight USPS allows (.13 oz) the shipping will be automatically corrected to the lowest cost available related to the weight of the order and the buyer will be charged for the difference and will receive an invoice via PayPal for that amount. No order will be processed until the full amount has been paid.

Elegant Wedding Accessories does ship some products internationally unless an item is restricted. Buyers must provide Elegant Wedding Accessories with their full phone number (including area code).

Buyer is responsible for all custom or port charges, taxes or extra shipping charges related to international shipping.

Elegant Wedding Accessories will not be held responsible for damage to items shipped internationally or items being held or not released by customs. It is the Buyers responsibility to know if an item is restricted from being shipped to their country and to track their order.

Elegant Wedding Accessories will provide correct information to customs such as value of item. We will not revise the value, indicate the item is a gift or knowingly provide false information to customs.

International orders will be charged a 30% restocking and handling fee for any returned item.

Shipping errors refers to improper or incorrect "Ship to" addresses other than the home or billing address. Packages returned to Elegant Wedding Accessories because of a wrong address on the original order will be re-shipped and an additional $5.00 shipping charge will be added to the original invoice charge. When the merchandise is in the possession of the designated carrier, their customer service department will make every attempt to find the customer and redirect the package to the correct address. Shipping address errors or delays usually occur when a package is delivered to the customer's place of employment, missing apartment numbers or to another shipping address other than the billing address. Care should be taken that addresses that are unfamiliar be checked for accuracy to avoid additional shipping charges.

Elegant Wedding Accessories will not be held responsible for orders that are late in arrival due to an incorrect address or alternate shipping address that is not the customer's residence. Orders will not knowingly be shipped to hotel, motel or resort addresses, these orders will not be processed and an email will be sent to the customer stating that the order cannot be processed until such time as a usable address is provided. If an order is shipped to a hotel, motel or resort address, Elegant Wedding Accessories will not be responsible for tracking, undelivered, damaged or missing orders.

The U.S. Postal Service tracks shipment packages. After your order has completed processing and has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation informing you that the order has been shipped. Included in that email will be a shipment tracking number. Please contact USPS at USPS.com or UPS.com to inquire about the status of your package.

If another method of shipping was used, Buyer may contact the USPS.com to see if the order can be tracked but Elegant Wedding Accessories cannot guarantee tracking. Elegant Wedding Accessories nor it's staff or representatives provide tracking services for orders.

If after a normal waiting period (7-14 days), your order has still not arrived contact the Customer Service . Our Customer Service Department will contact USPS or UPS and submit a tracking request. After that process has been completed (may take up to 24 hours) we will provide further instructions or information to you.

Seller will not be held responsible for packages shipped and refused by the buyer or not picked up from the shipping service once notified that the package is awaiting pickup. If the Buyer refuses shipment and it is returned to Seller without prior approval from Seller for a refund/exchange the order will be accepted as a gift to Seller and no refund/exchange will be given. If Buyer does not reimburse Seller for all fees due Buyer will be reported to the appropriate credit reporting agencies and legal authorities anytime after two weeks from the original date of the purchase.
