What are EFA's?

Emu Oil is a Natural source of Essential Fatty Acids (EFA's).

EFA's cannot be produced by the body. We need to get them from our diet or in dietary supplements. They are required for normal cell structure and body function. Emu oil is made up of Omega 3 (Linolenic acid), Omega 6 (Linoleic acid), and Omega 9 (oleic acid). Linolenic and Linoleic acid are polyunsaturated fatty acids and are anti-inflammatory agents.
