Double Layer Chiffon Hanky Hem Skirt

Beautiful gypsy skirt, with two layers of four points each. The bottom layer is a sheer chiffon, the top layer, your choice of solid colour chiffon, velvet, or lace. Your choice of colours for both layers. Waist measurement (or approximate) needed. Fully elastic waist.
Our top layer is about 1 and 1/2" shorter than the bottom layer, and points are staggered.
