How can I view the status of my order?
Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What are your shipping costs?
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

How long does it take to complete an order?
This totally depends on the item(s) ordered. Currently, our CUSTOM MADE FINERY (clothing items WE MAKE HERE) will take 2-3 weeks to create, but this can vary on the availability of fabrics, fringe, and the piece(s) needed. Imported items, take generally 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer, sometimes less). Currently some imported items are taking up to 12-14 weeks, due to heightened security in Customs.

Please ASK if you have a wedding or other important date you MUST have your item by, and we will let you know FOR SURE if we can do it, so there will be no disappointments. We do not "promise" items by a certain date, as 99% of our items are either custom made or imported, and this all depends on the seamstresses, jewelers and vendors, and we have NO control over their time management. Sometimes it can be longer if you order multiple items, there is fabric that I have to order (or that is on back order), or if there's a great deal of detailed work such as bead work, custom fringe/trim or special embroidery. Please make your date needed a few days before the actual date so there are no problems! Right now we are quite backed up with orders, and are working as fast as we can to get everything completed & shipped out. Some items can be done within 7 days, so it all depends on WHICH item(s) you are ordering, but we do not have ANY item "in stock", all are custom made or imported.

I don't want my item anymore, can I have a refund?
Due to the nature of my business (custom made clothing and accessories, hand cut jewelry, imported items, etc), I cannot offer refunds. If my sizing has been inaccurate I will fix the item at no charge. Some items have special order materials that I have to order from my vendors. I do everything I can to make sure that your order is just how it was described or shown in the photos in the shoppe. Please ask me ANY questions if you are unsure about ANYTHING. We cannot offer refunds if you "change your mind" after ordering, as your fabrics or imported items are purchased/paid for within 24 hours of your payment to us, and we no longer HAVE your payment, it has been used to purchase or create YOUR item(s). Anything worn, with perfume, scent of any kind, or makeup on it, cannot be returned for exchange. Do you offer discounts for purchasing multiple items?
Yes, depending on what you order, I may be able to offer you a discount if you purchase all at once! Please eMail to ask!

Do you begin my order as soon as I send payment?
I do not. I will order your item if it is imported, and if it is a custom made item, I will order any fabric/fringe, etc needed, but I will not begin making it, until all orders placed before yours are completed and shipped. All orders are done in turn, by the date they were placed/paid for. There fore we cannot promise a delivery date on MOST items.

What shipping service is used?
USPS.

Are any items "in stock" and ready to ship?
No.

May I pay on layaway?
Yes, but your item will not be ordered or started to be created until it is paid in full.
