Please note the following conditions for immediate shipping of in-stock items:
· Orders for in-stock items are shipped the same business day (Monday through Friday) when received before 2 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Orders received after this time are shipped the next business day.
· Same-day shipping excludes weekends and holidays. Orders for in-stock items received during Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will ship the next business day.
· Ground shipping originates from Colorado and can take up to six business days to reach some US destinations.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
Warranty Information
Extreme Terrorism Consulting unconditionally guarantees all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from date of shipment.
This guarantee specifically excludes all training CDs. These products are only returnable if the original manufacturers packaging has not been opened or tampered.
Merchandise Returns
If within the 30-day period, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping costs).
Returned goods must not be used, worn, are in marketable condition and returned in original packaging. Returns after 30 days may be charged a 15% restocking fee. Once a return is processed, a credit card purchase will receive account credit to the card that was originally used for the purchase.
To return merchandise, place the item in its original packing and shipping container. Enclose a copy of your packing slip along with a brief explanation for the reason for the return. Please ship returns freight prepaid to:

Seminar Refunds
Training seminar fees are refundable with prior cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to the designated course date. There will be a 10% fee for all cancellations.
