Become a new dealer
In order to become a new dealer from any where in the world you will have to choose from any one of our products. Pending approval of that item we will be able to ship out your order to your location.
An approval consists of requirement certificates for your country that we will need to issue to you for certain models purchased. For example if you are purchasing to resell in the EU then you will need a CE & EEC certificate, the USA requires EPA certificates and so it goes for other countries depending on the country. Our products are sold FOB which means dealer is responsible to pay the custom clearance tax and shipping fee after the goods are shipped.
Most of our models will have DOT conformity, EEC, EPA, CE through the manufacturing plant. Our goal is to determine the demand of our products in your country, city, and state in order to establish adequate lines of production and components needed to fill these demands. First time dealers are encouraged to display our products and to take orders or determine the amount of products needed for the area. Dealers actual stocking products by ordering containers will reflect their distributors name and logo as well as being built by top quality components.
First time dealers are recommended to pick out a few models and purchase our minimum from each model listed to test. They can also choose from our budget plans according to their budget. This allows them ample time to display and obtain the request for the products in their area. If the dealer wants to purchase a sample from each model then he is welcome to do so, this will consist of a 50% sample fee which will be refunded to all dealers at their initial order.
Repair manuals will be provided to repair centers only. Please!! No direct consumer sales allowed. Colors are available according to our color chart. (please verify available colors at the time of ordering).

Some motorized vehicles listed on this site do not meet emission standards for the State of California. It is not legal to retail them in California. You agree not to retail these motorized vehicles in the state of California. You are solely responsible for any fines or other losses related to the sell or resell of the motorized vehicles listed on this site. If you sell motorized vehicles that are illegal in California, your warranty on these motorized vehicles is void. We also reserve the right of terminating your wholesale agreement with us.
The gas scooters that meet California emission standards are clearly indicated “Legal in California” in the product descriptions. All electric motorized vehicles can be sold retail in California.
Return Policy
Wholesale accounts are not eligible for returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a unit is damaged in transit see shipping damage below.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order at anytime as long as it has not shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you charge your order to a credit card, a 3% order cancellation fee will apply.
Credit Cards
All orders paid via credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge over the personal wholesale price listed. This surcharge may not apply to the initial order if it's 3 to 5 pieces.
Refused Shipment Policy
If you refuse your shipment, we will refund the merchandise amount less a 35% restocking fee. In no case do we refund freight. You will have to pay the return freight as well.
Warranty
Motorized vehicles purchased wholesale come with a 45 days parts exchange only warranty. If you have a defective part, we will either repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover the following items: Wear and tear parts: Tire(s), inner tube, brake, chain and seat. Ceased engines are not covered under the warranty. Loose items that fall off are not covered by the warranty. Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, collision or fall are not covered by the warranty. Miss-assembled scooters are not covered under the warranty.
Shipping Damage
If a scooter is damaged in transit between our place and yours, we will send replacement parts for you to fix it. We will bill you for the parts. You will be able to claim any part with the freight company; every shipment is insured for the full value. All claims must be made directly with us within 48 hours of receipt of goods and within 72 hours with the freight company.
Drop Shipping
If you choose to have us drop ship your orders directly to your customers, you are responsible for handling any shipping claims. If there is any damage in shipping, you are responsible for all replacement parts - WE DO NOT PAY FOR motorized vehicles BROKEN DURING SHIPPING. Drop Shipping charge is $25 per item.
INSURANCE
YOUR INSURANCE POLICIES MAY NOT COVER YOU FOR ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE AND/OR RESELL OF THESE PRODUCTS AND MAY NOT PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR ACCIDENTS INVOLVING THE USE OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE FROM US. TO DETERMINE IF COVERAGE IS PROVIDED, YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY OR AGENT. IN NO CASE DO WE INSURE YOU OR YOUR CUSTOMER(S)
The above insurance text is valid for you and you must also include it in your sales contract and online advertisement for your customers.
WAIVER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You hereby acknowledge that the warranty provided herein and the accompanying obligations and liabilities of Factory Direct Buys, Inc. are exclusive and you hereby waive all other remedies, warranties, guarantees or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, whether or not occasioned by the negligence of Factory Direct Buys, Inc.
