Fir Meadow LLC began with our quest to use our own natural products for us, our livestock, our pets, and poultry. Friends began to request products, and God has grown it from there. We offer products to the United States & territories, UK, Australia, Canada, Costa Rica and will consider shipments to other countries as well (you will want to check your country's requirements first to see that you can receive our products). We offer tradtional herb mixes that we develop and use on our farm & in our home. Medicinal grade herbs are used, as you will note from their rich smells and the fact that we do not adulturate or add filler to our products. We continue to develop more products, and can make custom products on request.  Kat has her Master's in Herbology with certifications in Family Herbology and Nutritional Herbology, and this of course, ensures a better product for you.    She just took her exam for certification in Aromatherapy,  and is currently studying for certifcation in Reflexology and a Masters in Holistic Iridology.   Occassionally product recipes are tweaked to improve their already wonderful performance as Kat learns more.  Plans are also to try and write a book this winter (09/10) on Goat Herbalism, and probably an additional one on Human Herbalism- though the 2nd one may not get done this winter....   A well over 90% repeat customer rate and many referrals from customers is the best testimony we feel we could receive on our products- Thank-you! 

When using the shopping cart program,  please keep these things in mind....

When using paypal-  occassionally we have a person contact us to say that the computer told them to 'contact the merchant as shipping address is incorrect".    What that means is that the shipping address you provided when you logged into our site,  does not match the official US Post Office address.   It may be a punctuation mark, a mispelling, or using a non standard abbreviation.    You will want to get your official address from www.usps.com or from a mailing that has the official address down.   Thank-You.

1) If you are using a work computer you may not be able to order on this cart, dependent on the security settings and if you have authority to change them.  You are ALWAYS free to print out our order form at www.firmeadow.com and scan and/or email your order to us, or mail it.
2) Be sure your computer is on lower security (on some computers that is tools, internet options, custom settings).
3) Be sure your computer can accept cookies or the cart will dump its contents.
4) Be sure you type in the number of each item you would like to order-  if you use the default 1 in there it may not register,  so be sure and type your '1' or whichever amount in that you desire.
5) We probably have 1 or two people per week that this causes a problem for,  if you don't know how to reset things in your computer, please ask a teenager or other computer savvy person.  I'm herb & livestock savvy but not a computer genius by any stretch of the imagination, I won't be able to help you with your puter beyond the above tips )   :O).  Thank You.   

Our email is firmeadow@charter.net for questions and email is the preferred way to contact us.  Do not hesitate to call your veterinarian or doctor in the event of an emergency.   We have tried to make our website very user friendly,  use the search function, type in problems or health conditions and answer many of your questions that way :O).   We typically check emails Monday through Friday, excepting holidays, 1 to 4pm Pacific Standard Time. This allows us mornings to tend to our farm- dairy goats and gardens, and weekends and evenings for family, church,  & chore time.   Our mailing address for those mailing payments:  PO Box 1089   Gold Hill,  Oregon,  97525.

Kat is available at times to speak at gatherings and conferences for a fee.   Contact us with your date/s and details so we can see if we are able to accomodate you.   Fees are typically per event and/or per person charges and must cover all travel costs, meals, and hotel in addition to educational fees.   No audio or video recordings are permitted at these except by Fir Meadow LLC.
