Store PoliciesShipping & Returns Our Return Policy. All of our products are shipped fresh with the proper packaging in order to withstand the ship time to each destination. All perishable food orders are final. We can not be held responsible for any package that is left outside of the recipient's address. We can not be held responsible if a package is delayed due to an address error that was entered by the purchaser. We can not assume responsibility for non-delivery on the part of UPS for whatever reason they are unable to deliver, i.e. holidays, which are extremely busy and can delay delivery times.
