RETURNS:

If not fully satisfied, most merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. First, call our office at 1-800-251-8446 to request a return authorization number for your package. When mailing your package, include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice and the reason you are returning the merchandise. Credit will be applied to your next order; refunds are made upon request. Dated class curriculum, VBS curriculum, CDs, videos, DVDs or software products cannot be returned for credit.


SHIPPING:

Shipping charges are calculated based upon the shipping method selected and the dollar value of the product to be shipped using rates in force within the continental United States. Shipping surcharges may be added for heavier items and for items shipped outside the United States.
