The AIR-1 controls humidity and temperature at the same time. If the temperature exceeds your setting then the exhaust fan will be turned on. If the humidity level exceeds your setting then the exhaust fan will be turn on. An air conditioner can be used in place of an exhaust fan. It has a 3 foot  remote temperature probe. It is rated for 15 amps @ 120 volts.
