Water cool the air after ducting it through your reflector! No venting to outside your growing area, no adding more AC to your room, just attach the Ice Box to the end run of your ducting from your reflector or to the reflector and cool that air. Acts as a radiator for your light. Needs a water chiller to pass cooled water through it and as the hot air passes over the internal vents filled with cold water your air gets cooled. Now you can have truly air cooled lights. Fits 6" ducting.
The Ice Box solves the air cooling problem without having to add more vents or AC to your growing area. Attach to your 6" ducting or 6" flange on your reflector. depending on the set up you can blow or suck the air through the Ice Box. It requires a water chiller to keep the water cold. A 1/4 HP chiller is recommended. The chiller as always should be outside of the growing area and run your lines to the Ice Box. Use a 300-500 GPH pump. A 250 CFM fan should be used to provide sufficient airflow. Install it on the back end of the ducting where the air is exiting. Measures 9" x 9" x 2.5".
