Just dip your clones into your favorite rooting solution and place into the neoprene collars, add water and cloning solution to the unit, turn it on and stand back. Roots will be jumping out from the stems in 3-5 days. Misting the tops of the clone once or twice a day will be helpful. Remember room and water temperature plays an important role in how fast the roots will form. Ideal temperatures will be from 74-78 degrees.
