HaloMates, Inc. offers the following Returns Policy: We accept return of merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

Returns after 30 days from original purchase date will be in the form of a credit good for any future purchase. All returns will be for the original sales receipt total less shipping. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.

We will replace any hat or article of clothing with a manufacturing defect for the lifetime of the product, free of charge. If one of our products fails to perform as advertised, return it to us for a repair, replacement, or refund.
