What if I need to change my order after I hit "Submit"?
A: Call us immediately at 1.714.381.2030. As long as the order hasn’t gotten too far along in processing or production, we should be able to modify it for you.
Please note: If your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
How do I know if my order went through?
A: You will receive an order number via E-mail. Make sure you only click the “Submit” button only once to avoid duplicate orders or charges.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A. You may pay with Paypal, visa, mastercard, discover, american express, certified check or money order.
Return/Exchange Policy
- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the ship date listed on the top of your delivery receipt. Contact us for a Return Authorization before returning the product. Returns without authorization will be refused.
- All Clearance items purchased on www.hourglassfashions.com are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Merchandise may not be returned if worn or washed. State law prohibits the return of "Intimate Wear" once it has been worn. We strictly adhere to this law and will not receive any worn items. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size, and color. For the health and safety of our employees, returns of worn items will not be accepted.
- Returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return.
- Allow 2-4 weeks for processing returns/exchanges.
- Hourglass Fashions is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Shoes and boots may be returned or exchanged but you are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
- Contact Hourglass FashionsCustomer Service to receive your Return Authorization and to select the item(s) you would like in exchange.
- You will be charged for the new item(s). When we receive the returned item(s), we will issue you a refund for that item.
- If an item is not available for exchange, we will issue you a refund or do a store credit for the returned item(s).
Can I change my order once it's been placed or cancel it? As long as the order has not been placed with our designers or is not a custom made order you may change it. Please email us at

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
