PRIMUS EPIC LAN Interface Kit. For use with Aircraft equipped with Honeywell Avionics featuring the EPIC LAN interface on board. This communications kit is stocked specifically to address aircraft manufacturer and owner needs for EPIC LAN communication. This product is an LTEPIC-25 Replacement: The LANTAP-10 product was developed by ICS to address the availability issues of the 10Base2 PCMCIA network card used in the LTEPIC-25 kits. The Billionton network cards used in the LTEPIC-25 kits are no longer made or available. The LANTAP-10 replacement is designed and built to be a more rugged replacement. Additional LANTAP-10 benefits include not requiring a PCMCIA slot and being operating system and platform independent. Since the LANTAP-10 unit is manufactured entirely by ICS, supply issues are no longer a problem. These are a stocked item.
