Returns & Exchanges:
J.M. Scarpy Enterprises, LLC and HuntEmUp.com - Thank you, for your order and we truly appreciate your business! However, if you are not completely satisfied with a product you have received, you may return it, in as purchased condition within 30 day of receipt of purchase. We will promptly exchange it or refund the purchase price (excluding postage and handling), whichever you prefer (Some items may require a restocking charge - contact us for details) (ex: Aluminum Dog Boxes and Kennel Panels will require a 15% restocking fee). After this date the manufacturers' warranty applies.

Protecting your personal information / privacy is very, very important to us. HuntEmUp.com does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone. We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail or newsletters from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PAYPAL. Money orders and Cashier's Checks will be accepted. All orders outside the U.S.A. should be credit card orders or in U.S. funds. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
Ordering over the Internet:
Ordering over the internet is safe, easy, and totally secure. When you order from HuntEmUp.com over the internet, you connect with Homestead Store's secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line. Please note: some quantity discounts, free shipping on certain internet specials, and shipping costs on international orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.

Our phone hours are from 7:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M. Central Time. Monday - Friday (except for major national holidays). Voice Mail messages are accepted 24 hours each day, seven days each week. Our phone lines can become very busy and we try to answer all calls as they are received. If we cannot answer your call personally, "PLEASE" leave a message and we will return the call as soon as we possibly can. You should receive a return call within one business day. When you order by mail, please be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available).
Ordering with a Gift Certificate:
Please contact us if you have a Gift Certificate you would like to redeem. Limit one gift certificate per customer, family, address, and/or transaction.

United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
Free Shipping does not apply to Heavy or Oversized items as noted.
Shipping Methods -- Domestic (USA)
United Parcel Service (UPS) and US Postal Service (USPS) are used to ship to most addresses in the continental US.
UPS "Ground" Service is available to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and even some U.S. Territories, although it is slow and may not be cost effective.
All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping.
International orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee for returned orders.
All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses. Please contact us if there are any questions or if you are uncertain about shipping.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments:
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.
All products that have exhausted our 30 day return policy must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement. After 30 days from date of purchase, repair or replacement becomes the sole responsibility of the Manufacturer.
Regular shipping charges apply to all exchanges.
DVD, Video & Printed Material Return Policy
Due to Copyright infringement on both Video and Printed material, videos and printed material can not be returned for credit. Defective product will be replaced.
Custom order Return Policy
Any custom order or drop-ship specialty items cannot be returned for refund, only a credit will be issued for custom items.
