ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:   I realize that shipping is very expensive and I try to keep your shipping costs down by using standard shipping.  If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please call or e-mail me and I will work with you to find the fastest solution such as Priority, 3-day, 2-day, or Overnight Air for an additional charge.

RETURNS:  I want my customers to be happy so you may return any item within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund of the price of the item (not the shipping charge).  If you used a credit or debit card as payment, include the card # and exp. date on the receipt.  Your return MUST be in resalable, as new condition.  After 30 days, I accept resalable, as new items for returns, but I charge a 25% restocking fee.  No returns after 2 months! 

I can't give refunds on items I receive back damaged, as they can't be resold.  Shrink wrapped items such as games or software must not be opened and must be returned shrink-wrapped to receive a refund.  Also, please don't use the books as a flat surface on which to write, as this leaves a permanent etching on the book cover.  When you return your item, please don't use newspaper as packing material, as this leaves ink smears on the books.  Wrap and box items securely, put a copy of the receipt in the box and mark the outside RETURN.  If you ship UPS or FedEx your return is automatically insured for up to $100. Box 1237,  Tumtum, Wa.  99034.  You are responsible for paying for the shipping charges to return your item, unless it was our mistake in shipping the wrong product.  

As long as an item is in resalable condition, you may send it back to exchange it for another product and I will settle the difference in price and inform you of the new shipping cost.
