KETRON USA makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please note orders made after 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders (from Thursday after 3:00 P.M.) will be processed on Monday. Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process the order.
For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are legitimate. If your order requires verification you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
Delivery of Overnight (Red Label) and 2 Day (Blue Label) Orders: Orders placed on our site with a a request of overnight or 2 day delivery, are generally shipped on the day they are ordered. Please note orders made after 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be entered the next day. Weekend orders (from Friday after 10:00 A.M.) will be processed on Monday. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to view the shipping charges.
A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt, Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from UPS. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
Basic Returns Information
We extend a 10 day money back guarantee for returns and exchanges, (less shipping & handling and a restocking fee), from date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item was neither refused at delivery, nor sent back to us as undeliverable.
- You need to first contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization approval number.
- Merchandise must be returned in original, unused, mint condition, as shipped.
- ALL paperwork, instructions, packaging and accessories must be intact, unaltered, or in any way marred.
- Warranty cards and registration forms must NOT be filled out.
- Item must NOT be over $1,500.00 in price, or marked as SPECIAL ORDER.
- You must NOT have been informed, either in writing or by phone that the item is being specially ordered for you.
- Claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise contents and condition within those 3 days.
- Damage in transit must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier (ie: UPS).
- Customer must request that the carrier examine any damaged package to assure refund or replacement, and all such packaging must be retained by the customer until disposition is made.
- Nothing must be written or taped on the product packaging or gift boxes.
- An Return Authorization approval number does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to inspection.
- All returns are subject to a restocking frr of no less than 15%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise and packaging materials.
