Shipping Policy:

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for processing. The standard normal delivery time is 7 business days.

Return Policy:

1. You have 14 days from the postmark date to ask for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are never refundable! You Must include your original invoice along with your return. Please also put your return authorization number on the outside of the Package you are sending. All items returned for A refund must be in the same original Package in mint condition the same way you received it. If they are Not returned in the same mint condition no refund will be issued.

2. If you have ordered the wrong items you may send them back and we will Exchange them for you. Just contact us at the above email link for further instructions.

3. Belt holsters are plastic and can break if dropped or caught on something. Belt holsters are not covered under any warranty.

4. Flashing products (batteries, antennas, keypads) are not returnable.

5. KayzKorner is not responsible for customers who type in Wrong shipping addresses when processing their order. No order will Be reshipped out unless it is recieved back.
