Howdy, I'm Mark LaRue and here we are at the Service Section. I've been told to write something so here I go... The front office folks are in 8:00 - 5:00 Mon.-Fri. except on holidays ... the rest of us work all the time. :-) Call us on the main phone # 512-259-1585 ... best not to leave a message, just call back. If you call after-hours, one of our crack machinists will end up answering the phone but they can't track your package from the shop floor. Or better yet, e-mail us at sales@laruetactical.com. And since you're already here on our website, then e-mailing us is easy. -Our Address is ... 850 CR177, Leander, Texas 78641. -Our Fax number is ... 512-259-1588 (who still uses a fax?). -The credit cards those scoundrels up in the front will take are the usual suspects - MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. -All Internet credit card transactions are safely and securely encrypted using SSL. -We try our darndest to get your order out the same day you order, but we ain't nowhere near as good as Cabela's yet and so we sometimes drop the ball and get it out the next day or so. If we've run out of stock and you get back-ordered, then it's best to holler at the front office folks and see if they have any idea as to when we're going to be machining the next batch. We do have 40 CNCs out there, and a bunch of great folks running them, but they seem to be tied-up quite a bit lately. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping service.
