Custom Reining Saddle by Don Rich.  Don Rich Saddles are custom ordered with special attention to the details you need in a saddle .

This saddle is Don Rich's Newest Reining Saddle.  We have spent three years fine tuning the design of this model and are finally ready to add a reining saddle to our lineup that will allow you to compete at any level worldwide. 

It is built on a custom wood/glass reinforced tree that measures 16 1/2".  This construction allows for the optimum strength while giving you the closest contact and feel possible and will remain consistent in all types of climates.

Swell - 13"

gullet - 6 1/4" wide x 8" tall

skirt - 28" in length with 14 1/2" of drop

cantle - 2 1/2" tall 

horn - 3" tall with 1 1/2" cap

This saddle is constructed with Hermann Oak leather and 3/4 tooled in a combination basketweave and floral pattern. It features double dee rigging with beveled stainless steel dees, and is accented with custom silver conchos, as well as  2" laminated oak visalia stirrups. 

The skirts are cut away for close contact along with a dropped rigging to remove the bulk created by the latigo straps, and are lined with natural golden sheepskin.

The saddle tree is guaranteed for as long as you own the saddle. I will also stand behind the overall workmanship and quality of this saddle with a one year warranty against defects in workmanship under normal use.

I will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail to the lower 48 United States within 48 hours of payment. For shipments destined outside of the lower 48 United States, please attain a shipping quote prior to purchase (the shipping box is 20" x 18" x 30" and will weigh approximately 50 lbs).
