Orders shipped within the United States up to 8 pounds may be shipped via USPS Media or Priority Mail. Orders exceding 8 pounds will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All orders shipped to Canada or Mexico will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.
General Return Policy
the Film Clips Online Store offers the following Returns Policy:
You may return new and opened items sold by Film Clips Spirit of Amerca within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Exchanges
the Film Clips Online Store offers the following Returns Policy:
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@filmclipsonline.com or call (805) 984-5907 to request a replacement.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.
