We brine all of our turkeys which adds a ton of flavor and moisture. After the turkey is done in the brine, we naturally smoked the meat to perfection using hickory and apple wood. There are no chemical preservatives, no liquid smoke, and these are all nitrate and nitrite free! The turkeys weigh between 10 and 12lbs before smoking. The weight after smoking is approximately 8-10lbs.
Enjoy this turkey for the holidays or anytime. These birds are smoked, cooked, and ready to eat! Heat in the oven for about 2 hours at 325 degrees!
