Our Smoked Bacon goes through a natural smoking process which we use apple wood or hickory wood chips and do not add artificial colors, flavors, or liquid smoke. This bacon is cured with a combination of our secret spices and then smoked until the perfect flavor is reached. It is then sliced thick into a 'country slice' and vacuum sealed to ensure the freshest best quality product.
This product is shipped frozen and contains 2 individually vacuum sealed packages weighing 1 pound each. You can keep the product frozen until it is ready to be used.
