Store Policies

Ordering

We want you to place your order by whichever means is the most comfortable for you!  We offer three methods for placing orders with us:

Online Just select the item, add to the cart in the quantity you wish, and when all selections have been made, checkout through the shopping cart following the steps as indicated.  

By Fax - Simply fax an order to us at 508-339-7088 detailing the quantities and items requested, and any special requests you may have.  We can either telephone or fax you a response indicating total due, payment instructions, and shipping information.

**If you prefer not to place your order online, you can still use the shopping cart system to select items, quantities, and shipping preferences.  This will give you a total due and you can print this order out prior to processing the payment and use as an order form or guide for ordering by other methods listed. 

Payments

We currently accept most major credit cards and PayPal.  We also accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and checks drawn on local banks.  Local checks, money orders and cashiers checks must be received prior to any item being shipped.  Local checks must clear the bank prior to shipment of your order.

What is PayPal?  PayPal is an easy solution for internet purchases.  It is a secure way to transfer money.  PayPal allows you to open an account using a credit card or bank account free of charge, and they accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  Using PayPal limits the number of companies that have your credit card and bank account numbers and funds are never released without your authorization.  An e-mail confirmation is also sent to advise you of transactions completed within your account.  To find out more about their services click here - PayPal.

You can also complete your order and select "Pickup At NexAir Avionics" as you shipping choice. We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Massachusetts Residents

Unless a Massachusetts Tax ID # is included at the time you place an order, all Massachusetts residents will be charged sales tax at 5%. Note that this tax does not apply to radios or accessories that will installed in an aircraft. Aircraft and Aircraft Parts are not taxable in Massachusetts.

Privacy Policy

You are 100% guaranteed that your name, address, email, and all other information you may supply to NexAir Avionics is protected.  We DO NOT share this information with other companies and it is kept strictly confidential.

We will not contact you by phone unless it pertains to your order and we can not get a response from you by e-mail.  We may send you e-mails from time to time to let you know about specials or new items.  If you prefer not to receive these e-mails, please let us know and we will remove you from our e-mail list.

Processing Time

We will usually process and ship your order the same or next day depending on the time of order. Custom harnesses for experimental aircraft may take longer.  You will be notified if an order cannot be shipped within our standard processing time.  After your order has left our shop, standard shipping times apply.

**Orders close to the Holiday seasons may take a day or two longer.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.  Please consider allowing for extra time for processing and shipping during the holiday seasons! 

Return Policy

IF you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from NexAir Avionics, other than custom or special orders, please call us for a RA (return authorization) number, then return the product in it’s original packaging with the original invoice or packing slip to NexAir Avionics, 265 Fruit Street, Mansfield MA 02048 We will refund you the purchase price, however, shipping charges cannot be refunded. 

IF your items or packages were damaged during shipping, please read the following information: 

All items are securely packaged for shipping, and we take the utmost care using bubble wrap and packaging materials specified by the shipping companies.  All merchandise is in excellent condition when it leaves our shop and we do everything to insure against any breakage.  If you suspect the package has been damaged upon arrival, DO NOT accept it from the carrier.  Simply write on the package "Refused Due to Damage" it will be returned to us and you will recieve a full refund or replacement.  We will file a claim against the shipping company. 

Upon opening your package and finding damaged items, keep the original box and all packaging the items were shipped in.  Notify us immediately.  We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the package to us for replacement of damaged items.   All damaged items must be returned to us within 15 days and prior to a replacement being shipped to you. 

Shipping and Handling Policy

All orders are shipped UPS or USPS.  Using UPS enables us to provide our customers with a tracking number at the time we ship out their orders.  Please contact us if you require special shipping services or wish to have your order shipped via another carrier such as Federal Express.  Special shipping services may cost more.  Our shipment rates reflect the actual costs UPS or USPS charge.  We are closed on Sundays, and Major Holidays and do not ship during these times.  

Customers will receive an order notification when items are shipped, and a tracking number will be provided at that time.  If you have any problems obtaining your tracking number, or have questions regarding a shipment, please contact us either by e-mail or by phone.
