Osakaya-Wagashi offers the following Returns Policy:
No returns on perishable goods. Please contact us immediately if you have a problem.

Shipping Policy:
Because our products are perishable, all confectionaries are packed in containers with dry ice and/or gel packs, if necessary. 
We only ship Tuesday through Thursday, via Federal Express Overnight, for next day arrival. Orders received on Friday through Sunday will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Saturday delivery is available in most major markets for an additional charge; Sunday and Monday delivery is not available.

Optional Shipping for Northern California residents: FedEx's Standard Ground Shipping is available to residents within a 150-mile radius of Sacramento. The rate is about 50% less, but there is no guaranty of next day delivery, although FedEx claims next day service to the respective areas. Please be aware that there is a slim chance that your package may not be delivered the next day.

Shipping Option on Check-out:
Please select the correct shipping option for your area. If the wrong shipping option is selected, it can delay your delivery of merchandise. We will correct inaccurate shipping rates and notify you before your order leaves our store.

No deliveries can be made to PO Boxes and APO locations.
Deliveries outside the United States mainland are not available at this time.
