For your consideration is this pre-owned Black Halter Dress from Jim Hjelm Occasions from past seasons. This gown is in excellent used condition with no notable flaws. The dress has a halter neckline that is the pull-on over-the-head style halter, the dress is fully lined, there are gorgeous beads and sequins accenting the waistline and the dress zippers in the back.
