All the manufacturers we deal with, in most case, have no problem replacing a defective item so long as it is returned to them in the same condition you received it. They need to be able to inspect the item to determine the cause of its defect so they can prevent any further problems.
LOST or DAMAGED FREIGHT--It is rare but should an item either arrive damaged or is lost you should find a claim with the shipper right away. Lost and damaged freight is the sole responsibility of the carrier. We will be happy to furnish you with any information that may assist you in your claim. All freight should be inspected by you before you accept them. It is easiest to get a settlement from the freight company if the damage is noticed at the time of delivery.
