How can I track my order?

In stock items will be shipped out within 1 business day of order being placed.  We ship UPS ground unless alternate shipping is specified by the customer.  You will be notified via e-mail and given a tracking number once your order has shipped.  Please feel free to contact us at orders@proclaimthename.com for questions regarding your order status.  All orders are shipped with insurance.  Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes and delivery must be signed for, so please ship to an address where someone will be present.

Are all your items in stock?

We keep a large supply of all the items on the web in stock.  Any time an item is out of stock we will notify you at the time the order is placed.  Any questions about an order being in stock or for special quantity orders please contact us at orders@proclaimthename.com .

Can I place an order for an item to be shipped as a gift?

Yes!  All of our items can be ordered as gift and shipped to the recipient gift wrapped with an enclosure card and message.  Invoices on gift items will be e-mailed to purchaser and not included in gift shipment.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your order.  If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item that you have ordered, please email us for a return authorization number (RA#) at orders@proclaimthename.com .  Please include the RA# on the outside of the package and mail to:

All returned items will be credited back to the purchasing credit card less the shipping charges, once the returned item is received.  Any item deemed to be defective will be replaced free of charge.

Do you charge sales tax?

Orders shipped within Florida would be charged the 7.5% sales tax as required by state law. All of orders shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax.

Is my information protected, private and secure?

Yes, all credit card information is sent to us by a SSL encrypted connection for secure electronic commerce.  We will not share ANY of your information.
